This project is focused on bringing together approximately 350 school-age students in Central Nigeria, ages 10-16, to interest them in a career in the geosciences and establish a student-mentor program for any who want to pursue that interest. Running over the course of 10 months, the objectives are to spark a passion for the geosciences in young students as well as connect this interest with policy makers in the educational sector.
