Using the RePicture app, this program will develop lesson plans that tell the stories of what earth scientists do, illustrate the potential careers in the field and demonstrate their importance. These lessons will be prepared for high school students and will include scientists of all demographics so female students and students of color can see themselves reflected. The lesson plans will be produced over the course of 6 months and then will be available to teachers nationwide.
