On World Oceans Day, People to People International will host an event for young people from Imo State to discuss marine pollution, the impact of climate change on the ocean and sustainable exploitation among other topics. Through presentations by local speakers, interactive sessions and a poster fair, participants will understand the role they can play in ocean and marine conservation. At the end of the workshop, participants will develop an awareness campaign on marine litter that they can use to educate their communities.
